What type of service do you provide?
We offer 24/7 Airport Transfers and Chauffeur Service. Just give us your address pickup and destination point
and we will get you there. We have many different types of vehicle and they are all provided with polite
and helpful Licensed Drivers.


Will the vehicle be able to carry all of our luggage?

For SAFETY reason, It is your responsibility to ensure that you order a suitable vehicle for your requirements. We also have Air luggage-Trailer up to 10 large sutcases available. For example Sedan car allowed 4passengers, 2 standart sutcases, 3 hand bags. You can have 3 smaller suitcases (less than 20kg and no plastic) (standart is up to 23kg). If your luggage is bigger than that, you have to upgrade to MPV Vehicle. Please email us about your requirements.  The driver will not allow feet any luggage on the seats, passengers place. If on the pickup place you will have more luggage than you inform us when you book a car, and cannot be feeted into the car, the driver will refuse to feet all your luggage and eventually cancel the pickup, and -  No refund will be given.


Is luggage assistance inclusive in the price? 
If the pickup is from the Airport, the driver will assist you with the luggage that you have with you free of charge.

How easy is it to book a car with you ?

Very simple online booking system on our website. Online booking you can do from your PC, Laptop, Mobile phone with internet, iPhone, iPad, Android and Tablet. Online booking must be made not less than 24 hours before pickup time.

What type of vehicles do you have?
We have access to a vast range of vehicles Luxury Executive / Sedans, Luxury People Mover and Minibus 12 Seaters.

Are your prices fully inclusive ?

The prices shown on this website are fully inclusive for the journey specified. If you make booking and payment
in our website. Prices on our website not include additional pickups or drop off on way.

How and when do I pay ?
Full payment will be charged at the time of booking. Online booking from our website have to be made with the payment by credit card or Paypal. Booking over the phone have to be confirmed with credit card details.
We also accept electronic transfer money to our Bank account; (please read our T & C).

I am frequent customer. Is every time I need to write full credit card information for payment?
No, you don't have to fill your credit card details every time. You can open account with PayPal, registred your email address and connect your bank account with PayPal account, and process of payment will be faster and safe without entering your credit card details.

Are your prices per car or per person ?

Our prices are per vehicle.

Can I book a Car from any area in Perth ?

Yes, You can make booking from all Perth Metropolitan areas, Joondalup, Rockingham, Mandurah
and all surrounding neighborhoods. We have drivers near you.

Where do I meet my driver when I land at the Airport ?    
Generaly it is The meeting point, or on the barrier The Arrivals Hall at all Perth Airports or Cruise Ship Port.


In price for the journey are include waiting time and car park payment ?

Yes' If is pickup from any airport there is no additional payment for the car park.
Waiting time is free up to one hour after lending. If we not hear from you up to one hour after landing
then we waiting further 15 min and then we will pull the driver away and the passenger will be responsible
for the full cost. If something happen that you spend more time inside the airport and you call us 2-3 hours after landing, then new charges will apply if you want car from us.

Is FOOD & DRINK allowed in the car ?
Unfortunately, No FOOD or SWEET DRINK or any kind (including alcohol) is allowed for use in the car.
We only allow mineral water which is supplied to you inside alongside each door in the car. The dry food can be allowed for long distance travel with driver permission.  As well as this, NO SMOKING is allowed in the car. 

How early do I need to book my car ?
We can provide service within 30 minutes sometimes, but the earlier you book the better,
on-line booking recommended not less than 24  hours before pickup time.

What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will usually be refunded in full unless specific deposit arrangements have been made. If you don't notify a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your booking there will be no refund.

All cars showing on your website are available for passengers?
The images displaying vehicles on our website are used for business marketing purposes, only some of the cars are available. We have the latest models of Luxury cars not older than 5 years.
