                        These terms of use outline the conditions and guidelines for using the
                  PTCars Airport Direct website -

      We reserves the right to revise any of the T & C stated here and will come into effect
 60 min. after posting. A quote on a journey will be valid until 24 hrs after the issue there of.

The website's content, including images, illustrations, promotions, and terminology, is protected
by copyright owned by PTCars Airport Direct, its affiliated entities, or third parties who have provided
their materials to the company. You are not permitted to copy, download, reproduce, upload, post,
transmit, or distribute any material from the website in any way without prior authorization.

                               
PTCars Airport Direct cannot be held responsible for any financial or professional losses, missed flights
or trains, or any other negative consequences resulting from the charter vehicle not arriving
at the designated pickup or drop-off address at the scheduled time. This includes situations such as
adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, road traffic accidents, road closure, or incorrect booking
information provided by the customer. Car breakdowns due to excessive use of vehicles are also not
the responsibility of PTCars Airport Direct.
In such cases, customers have the option to wait for another vehicle or request a full refund.

The company reserves the right to use sub-contractors to provide services to passengers.
These sub-contractors are registered with PTCars Airport Direct, insured and licensed by Department of Transport.

Booking for bank and public holidays is subject to availibility, and special negotiated rates may apply.
Special rates apply on specific dates, such as December 25th, December 26th, and January 1st.
For a quotation on these dates, it is recommended to contact PTCars Airport Direct via phone or email.

Booking Deposit & Balance Payable;
When making a booking, it is advisible to do so at least 24 hours before the pickup time.
If the booking is made less than 24 hours in advance, it is necessary to contact the operation center
to confirm availibility.
Bookings made less than 12 hours before the pickup time cannot guarantee car availibility.

A full payment will be charged at the time of booking. Your reservation is considered confirmed once
payment has been received, and you will receive a confirmation of your booking.
It is important to
 review the booking details carefully and notify PTCars Airport Direct immediately
of any errors or changes. The company accepts online payments by credit card and PayPal through their
website, as well as credit or debit card payments over the phone and electronic transfers to their bank account. Payments via bank transfer must be received and cleared within 5 days of the booking.

The prices displayed on the booking system are calculated for transportation from airports and cruise
ports to the destinations in Perth WA and London UK area without waiting time or extra services.
Additional charges will apply for additional pickup or drop off on way, changes in direction, baby seat
or other special request or orders. The approximate charge for additional service is $30, but the final
pricing depends on the distance. The price include goods and services tax (GST) and are in Australian
dollars (AUD) and if the boking are for London area is in British Pound (GBP).

Amount of Luggage for SAFETY,
and size requirement;

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they order a suitable
vehicle for their requirements, taking into account the amount
of luggage. 
If the amount or size of the luggage exceeds these
limits, it is necessary to upgrade to bigger vihicle. It is essential
to inform PTCars Airport Direct about specific luggage requirements.
The driver has the right to refuse travel if the luggage is oversized
or exceeds the amount specified in the booking. 
In such cases, the driver can cancel the pickup, and no refund will be given.

Cancellation;
To alter or cancel a reservation, permission must be obtained from the company. This can be done
by phone and should be confirmed by email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the journey
will receive a full refund of the booking price, minus bank or Paypal charges of $5 or 5% of the total
transaction, whichever is greater. Bank or Paypal charges are non-refundable. Cancellations made less
than 24 hours before the journey will incur a 25% charge of the booking price, and cancellations made
less than 12 hours before the journey will incur a 100% charge of the booking price.
Payments made through Paypal are secured and can be made using credit or debit cards.
A PayPal account is not required for card payments. In the case of credit or debit card payments, the card
will be charged before or on the day of the journey, but the details will only serve to secure the booking
or cover cancellation or no-show instances.

NO SHOW Fee; 
A no-show fee will be charged if a passenger fails to arrive at the designated location without informing
PTCars Airport Direct of any changes in plans. The full amount will be charged, along with applicable
waiting time charges. If the pickup is from residential address, the driver will wait for up to 15 minutes
from the scheduled pickup time. If the passenger cannot be reached (via doorbell or phone), the driver 
will leave, and the passenger will be resposible for the full cost. If the driver does not show up
at the pickup location on time, the passenger must inform PTCars Airport Direct as soon as possible
by email or phone. At the airport, the driver will enter the terminal shortly after the flight lands
(based on oficial airport flight information) or at the time specified by the customer. The driver will wait

at the hall or meeting point in the arrivals terminal. If the passenger has been waiting at the meeting
point but fails to make contact with the driver, the passenger should call the office to arrange a meeting.
Leaving the airport without notifying PTCars Airport Direct will be considered a no-show.
Modification of reservations regarding transport times, routes, or dates must be done at least 24 hours
in advance, and while the company will try to accommodate such requests, there is no guarantee.


Customer Safety;
In terms of customer safety, PTCars Airport Direct chauffeurs will drive at safe and reasonable speeds,
in compliance with legal speed limits and prevailing traffic and road conditions. Driver reserve the right
to refuse access to a venue if they believe it may jeopardize passenger safety or the safety of the vehicle.

PTCars Airport Direct reserves the right to use sub-contractors to provide services to passengers.
These sub-contractors will offer high-quality service, hold licenses, be insured, and comply with the regulations
specified by the Department of Transport Perth Western Australia.
